Limited Lifetime Warranty

Liberty Home Concealment's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in workmanship on all concealment furniture for the life of original ownership. 

Subject to the limitations and exclusions herein, Liberty Home Concealment, at its discretion and as the sole remedy under the Liberty Home Concealment Limited Lifetime Warranty, will replace or repair a defective product or components with comparable products or components free of charge. This warranty is made only to the original purchaser from an authorized Liberty Home Concealment dealer, for as long as that original purchaser owns and uses the product.

LIMITATIONS: USE/CARE

• Warranty is limited to normal use.
• Warranty is limited to generally accepted care and maintenance of natural wood products and environments.
• Natural wood surfaces are subject to denting, scratching, and gouging if not properly used and cared for.

LIMITATIONS: MATERIALS/COMPONENTS

• Laminates, Veneers / Finishes / Lumber – 1 years
• Electrical lamps, Ballasts, Transformers – 1 years
• Fabrics, pneumatic lifts – 1 years
• Custom products built to customer specifications – years

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• Damage identified as carrier- or installer-related.
• Normal wear and tear of wood products during the course of ownership.
• Color, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates, and other covering materials.
• Damages or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper care, modifications, or relocation.

All Warranty Claims are subject to Liberty Home Concealment-approved inspections. Disputes may involve independent 3rd-party evaluation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every unit produced at Liberty Home Concealment is completely inspected by a quality control team located within each plant whose emphasis is on assembly, finish, and final inspections, with empowerment to stop any unit not meeting Liberty Home Concealment’s high-quality standards.

LIGHT & NATURAL FINISHES

The beauty of veneer and all wood products comes from the variations created by nature, including color, grain, and texture. These variations are not considered defects, and Liberty Home Concealment’s Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover color, grain, and texture variations associated with natural wood and grain seen in any finish color. Liberty Home Concealment sets standards for veneer selections; however, variations, especially apparent in light/natural finishes, will occur from one piece to another even if they are finished at the same time.

Finishes such as light color stains or natural stains will display more natural characteristics due to their light stain. Grain, pattern, and color from unit to unit are not guaranteed or warranted, and products will not be replaced due to these variations. Exposure to light and age will cause darkening of natural wood products; therefore, Liberty Home Concealment cannot guarantee or warrant finish match of new products being placed with existing products in the field.

GENERAL

There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied. To obtain performance of these Limited Warranties, the purchaser should contact in writing the Liberty Home Concealment representatives.

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

It covers defects in workmanship on Liberty Home Concealment furniture for as long as the original purchaser owns and uses the product, with repair or replacement at Liberty Home Concealment's discretion as the sole remedy.

Is the warranty transferable to a new owner? 

No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized Liberty Home Concealment dealer.

Are natural variations in wood grain or color considered a defect? 

No. Variations in color, grain, and texture are a natural part of wood and veneer products and are not covered under the warranty, even between pieces finished at the same time.

How long are finishes, lamps, and fabrics covered? 

Laminates, veneers, finishes, and lumber are covered for 1 year. Electrical lamps, ballasts, and transformers are covered for 1 year. Fabrics and pneumatic lifts are covered for 1 year.

What voids the warranty? 

Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper care, modifications, or relocation is excluded, along with damage related to carriers or installers and normal wear and tear.
