Liberty Home Concealment wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of any of our products. If at any time you experience a problem with any of your products purchased from us, please contact us at LibertyHomeConcealment@gmail.com
We offer a 48-hour cancellation window, contact us within the first 48 hours if you need to cancel your order. After 48 hours has elapsed, cancellations are unavailable because your item has likely moved into the finishing stages of production or into shipping.
Defective or damaged product returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if your product is defective; we will exchange with the same or equivalent model. Items will need to be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. Liberty Home Concealment is not responsible for items left in returned merchandise.
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us. We strive to keep our customers happy and will work with you to make sure that you're satisfied with your purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
